Who is Nick Michalopoulos?

Nick studied Physics at the University of Patras. He has conducted research in exercise science, biomechanics and strength training, alongside notable researchers like Dr Eric Helms, Dr James Steele and Dr Pak Androulakis-Korakakis. As a coach he has worked with powerlifters and general strength trainees (ages 18–50). 
He is an assistant coach of the Hellenic Powerlifting Team, with international experience at major open, junior and university championships. Nick is also the Head Coach of the Powerlifting Club at the University of Southampton.

After filling in the coaching application form, we will reach out to you for a free consultation call. This conversation will help us better understand your unique needs and training goals, as well as the approach that would work best for you.

2. Start your journey

Upon deciding to begin your journey, a bespoke training plan will be designed, tailored to your goals. This plan will be fine-tuned and updated based on your progress, ensuring its compliance to your evolving needs and challenges.

3. Deeper understanding

Through the daily or weekly feedback process, depending on which coaching tier you choose, we will gain a deeper understanding of how to own your technique and response in order to better equip you with a programme that will help you accomplish your goals.
