About Me
Who is Nick Michalopoulos?
Nick studied Physics at the University of Patras. He has conducted research in exercise science, biomechanics and strength training, alongside notable researchers like Dr Eric Helms, Dr James Steele and Dr Pak Androulakis-Korakakis. As a coach he has worked primarily with powerlifters and people of all ages (18 – 50) who are looking to improve their general strength. He is the assistant coach of the Hellenic Powerlifting Team, having participated in the 2022 World University Championships in Turkey, the 2023 European Junior & Sub-Junior Championships in Hungary and the 2024 World Open Championships in Lithuania.

1. Apply
After filling in the coaching application form, we will reach out to you for a free consultation call. This conversation will help us better understand your unique needs and training goals, as well as the approach that would work best for you.
2. Start your journey
Upon deciding to begin your journey, a bespoke training plan will be designed, tailored to your goals. This plan will be fine-tuned and updated based on your progress, ensuring its compliance to your evolving needs and challenges.
3. Deeper understanding
Through the daily or weekly feedback process, depending on which coaching tier you choose, we will gain a deeper understanding of how to own your technique and response in order to better equip you with a programme that will help you accomplish your goals.
